Staying on the genuine MWOS site

Footer, padlock, bookmarks, 2FA: the four checks that keep your account safe.

How to recognise the official site

The real MWOS site is https://mwos-zambia.com/. Open the site from a bookmark or by typing the address, not from random links. Look-alike pages can show up even at the top of a search.

At the bottom of the page. Licence number ALSI-112310012-FI5 is shown alongside. Launched in 2019. The MWOS review covers the licence and the operator in more detail.

Check for the padlock. Read the domain letter by letter, since one changed letter is enough for a clone. Broken links, odd translations and missing pages are typical of copies. Do not deposit or log in on a site you are not sure about.

If the site does not open

In some regions, internet providers restrict access to the main address. Only the casino itself can confirm a working address.

Only the operator can say which addresses are genuine. Check the official newsletter for the current address rather than searching. Unofficial mirror lists are a favourite hiding place for phishing pages. Once you have the confirmed address, bookmark it and use that bookmark every time.

If the main address does not open

Before anything else, try these steps:

• Ask the team for the current address
• Open the site only from your own bookmark
• Skip copies offered in ads or messages
• Reload the page or switch browser

Clones and phishing

Phishing pages are built to look exactly like the original. Links to them arrive by message, in comments or in suspicious ads. Unusually big promises are the bait. Genuine promo codes are covered in a separate guide.

No genuine employee will ever ask for your password. Never share verification codes with anyone. Report suspicious messages and pages to support, with as much detail as possible. How to reach the real team is covered in our customer support guide.

If you may have used a fake page, reset it on the official site immediately. Activate two-factor authentication and inform the team. Card or wallet details entered on a clone should be reported to your provider.

Account security

Switch on 2FA. Even a leaked password no longer opens the account. Pick a long password that is unique to this account.

Public Wi-Fi is convenient but less secure for logins and payments. Do not stay logged in on public computers. Updates to the phone and browser close known security holes.

A quick review of your history helps spot anything unusual. React quickly to anything suspicious. You can reach the team 24/7 through live chat, email and phone. Your email account deserves the same protection, since password resets go through it.

Apps and add-ons

For Android, download the APK only from the official website. Never install a casino app from an unknown source. If you are unsure about a download link, ask support to confirm it. The Android app guide covers the download step by step.

A shortcut to the mobile site is a safe alternative to any app. It always opens the right address, a simple guard against clones. The mobile version has a guide of its own. Update the bookmark if the casino announces a new address.

Tools promising to beat the games are at best useless and at worst malicious. Programs like these may record your keystrokes and steal your login. Nothing you install can alter the results, so skip these offers entirely.

Summary

Keep this short checklist in mind. Confirm the domain, the secure connection and the Anjouan (Union of Comoros) licence text. Rely on links from support or the official newsletter.

Protect the account with a strong password and a second factor. Treat every password request as phishing. Use the responsible gaming tools if you need them. With these habits, you can focus on the games. If a page fails one of these checks, close it and tell support, so other players can be warned as well.
